One of the best experiences in her college career was when she did her last semester abroad in London and fell in love with the city, she wanted to make the most of her time there and learn as much about the fashion industry in the UK. She interned for a fashion PR company, where she worked London Fashion Week and met world-renowned fashion designer Jimmy Choo, she also interned at a vintage boutique in Queens Park and did a popup store for the luxurious department store Harvey Nichols. Stephanie loves how fashion encourages individualism and gives people the opportunity to express their unique personalities, that is why she would like to own her own boutique or image consulting company. “I want to help women find their own personal style, while gaining confidence in their sense of beauty and fashion.”
Stephanie is actively involved in her community and tries to participate whenever there is an opportunity. It is important to her that individuals are getting out there and making a difference because it promotes the positive strides in our society and aides people in becoming well rounded and successful.
Because of pageantry Stephanie has become more self confident, poised, articulate and loves that pageants give women the possibility to open their own doors and have an influence on others. Even though she was a competitive cheerleader for 11 years, pageantry is one of the most lucrative sports, yes that’s right, sports that she has ever participated in and she owes much of her achievements to pageants. To every girl that gets up on stage in a swimsuit, answers an on-stage question, walks in one of those intricate evening gowns and does it all with a smile is one fierce and fabulous woman!!! She is thrilled to represent women of all backgrounds and to be a shining representative for California and cannot wait for what this year will bring. |
