Crowned One productions is owned and operated by Stevi McShane. Stevi has been involved with pageants for over 20 years and is a former Miss California Teen USA and Mrs. California International.  Being involved in pageants has given her self-confidence, poise, the ability to communicate well with others and many wonderful friendships. Because of this Stevi wants to give young women the same opportunities that she has had in the pageant industry.

In 2007, Stevi created Crowned One Productions, Inc. Stevi wanted this program to be an opportunity for young ladies to take part in a pageant system designed to stress morals, values, hard work and community involvement. It is Stevi's hope that her pageant highlights the importance of communication and the overall importance of positive role models for our young women today. Our program believes in being honest and always putting contestants first. "We are in the business of making young ladies dreams come true and as a director, one of my jobs is to ensure that these young ladies never stop believing in their dreams!" At Crowned One Productions, we encourage our contestants to celebrate who they are as individuals.
We are proud to be a part of two wonderful national pageant systems.  Our Young California Teen All American and Miss California Teen All American Titleholders go on to compete for the titles of  Young Teen All American and Miss Teen All American.  Our Miss California United States International will go on to the Miss United States International National Pageant.

Unlike many pageants, the Young Teen All American®, Miss Teen All American®, and Miss United States International®, pageants do not require a performing talent, a platform, an essay, or proof of community service. Our program is designed to discover the poise, personality and beauty within your daughter. We also highly encourage the pursuit of education, career goals and being involved with your community. We usually discover that when a young lady increases her self confidence, and grows through this journey, she becomes a much more active member of her community and learns to make a positive difference in other people’s lives as well.

In 1978, the first Miss Teen All American Pageant was held in Miami Beach. Some of the former Miss Teen All American’s include, Oscar-winner
Halle Berry, reality television personality Shanna Moakler and child advocate Lynette Cole. This pageants rich history has grown to become the
premier pageant for young women in America.

The Miss International Pageant was created in 1960 and held in Long Beach, California. The Miss International Pageant was held in Long Beach until 1967. The pageant then moved from Long Beach to Japan. Contestants are expected to serve as "Ambassadors of Peace and Beauty,” showing tenderness, benevolence, friendship, beauty, intelligence, ability to take action, and most importantly, a great international sensibility. The ultimate
goal of the Miss International Pageant is to promote world peace, goodwill, and understanding.

I am often asked, “Why I am a producer/director for pageantry?”   My answer is, “I do it for the love of the game.”  For me, pageantry is a sport like no other.  Young women step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves to be their very best self.  They share their commitment to family, community and personal life goals.  I commend young ladies who are willing to step outside their comfort zone.  Getting up on a stage is not an easy
thing to do!  My best piece of advice to contestants is, don’t just think about the “win.”  You are all winners in your everyday life.  A crown and banner does not define who you are.  Enjoy the process and the journey!
